กฏใหม่ของอเมซอนที่ออกมาในวันที่ 1 ก.ค.นี้คงทำให้หลายคนหวั่นวิตกนะครับ มีส่วนหนึ่งส่งมาถามผมว่ายังงู้นยังงี้ได้มั้ย ต้องเปลี่ยนอะไรมั้ย

แต่สบายใจได้ครับ

ตามที่ผมสอนใน Amazon Revolution ถูกต้องตามกฏ 100% สบายใจหายห่วงได้เลยครับ

เพื่อความสบายใจผมเลยจะแปลกฏให้อ่านกันนะครับ

1.You will not cloak, hide, spoof, or otherwise obscure the URL of  your site containing Special Links (including by use of a redirecting page) such that we cannot reasonably determine the site from which a customer clicks through such Special Link to the Amazon Site.”

คือห้ามแก้ไขลิงค์อะไรเลย ลิงค์ต้องเอามาจาก Amazon เท่านั้น ถ้าต้องการย่อลิงค์ต้องใช้ของอเมซอนเท่านั้นครับ ห้ามใช้ WP No External เพราะมันจะทำให้ไม่เห็นว่าลิงค์ไปอเมซอน

2.have violated any requirement or restriction described in the applicable agreements governing participation in any other Associates Program offering provided by any of our affiliates e.g., the Amazon EU Associates Programme, the Amazon.ca Associates Program, the Amazon.cn Associates Program, and the Amazon.co.jp Associates Program).”

ห้ามทำผิดกฏของอเมซอนนานาชาติ คือถ้าไปทำผิดจากที่อื่น .com ก็จะโดนแบนด้วย ซึ่งกฏมันก็แนวๆเดียวกันแหละครับ ถ้าไม่ผิด .com ที่อื่นก็ไม่ผิด

3. (f) include any trademark of Amazon or its affiliates, or a variant or misspelling of a trademark of Amazon or its affiliates in any domain name, subdomain name, or URL or in any username, group name, or other identifier on any social networking site (see the Trademark Guidelines for examples);

ห้ามมีอะไรที่แนวๆจะเป็น amazon ใน url เลยไม่ว่าจะเป็น amzon azon หรืออะไรงี้ก็ไม่ได้

4. You will not display or otherwise use any of our customer reviews or star ratings, in part or in whole, on your site unless you have obtained a link to that customer review or star rating through the Product Advertising API and you comply with the requirements set forth in the License Agreement.

ห้ามใช้เนื้อหา รีวิวจากอเมซอนยกเว้นว่าจะดึงมาจาก API เท่านั้น ไม่งั้นแบน

เพียงเท่านี้ก็ไม่ต้องกังวลอะไรแล้วครับ
